Description

A replacement light engine for fibre optic starlight headliners. It suits a kit whose light source has died, an older setup you want to upgrade to twinkle with app control, or a build where you're supplying your own fibres. It's the light engine only, so no fibres are included.

There are four versions. The 16W has one 20mm fibre port and the 32W has two, so the 32W can light twice as many fibres. The Twinkle + Meteor versions add 12 meteor ports on the back that light up one after another for shooting stars across the roof (meteor fibres not included).

Colour, brightness and twinkle speed are set from the mobile app or the RF remote, with music sync. It runs on 12V and comes with a cigarette lighter power lead, which can be cut off and wired to a switched 12V supply if you'd rather hardwire it.

Each fibre port takes a bundle up to 20mm across, so measure yours before ordering. If you bought a starlight kit from us and need a replacement light source, get in touch first so we can confirm the right one.

DIY installation. EnlightWorks does not provide installation services for starlight headliners. The light engine is supplied for customer or installer fitting.

Warranty

If something goes wrong, email support@enlightworks.co.nz with your order number, a short description of the fault, and photos or a video, and we'll work through the claim with you.

Most claims can be sorted from photos or video, so you usually won't need to send the item back. Where the fault is clear, we'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if a replacement isn't practical.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on all New Zealand orders, with no minimum spend.

We don't hold stock locally. Your order is dispatched directly from our supplier, which is how we bring in hard-to-find parts at fair prices.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days, and most arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. If your order includes items from different suppliers, they'll arrive in separate parcels.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Exchanges and Returns

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check sizing and fitment before you order. If you're not sure what suits your car, get in touch first and we'll help.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email support@enlightworks.co.nz within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video.

Most of our products ship from overseas suppliers, so we usually won't need the item sent back. Depending on the issue, we'll send a replacement at no cost, arrange a repair, or refund you. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected. Read our full return and refund policy
