Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to EnlightWorks. By purchasing from or using our store you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or images are accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product you receive is significantly different from its description please contact us at support@enlightworks.co.nz.

We are an authorised dealer for XKGLOW, Diode Dynamics, RGBHaloKits, iilumo, Oracle Lighting and Lighting Trendz, and for Morimoto, Profile, XenonDepot, Headlight Revolution and GTR Lighting via The Retrofit Source. Our affordable range of no-brand parts is sourced from other suppliers.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is listed at an incorrect price. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card and Afterpay. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and shipped from our suppliers overseas, usually arriving within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. Pre-built headlight sets are shipped from our West Auckland workshop. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other factors outside our control. 7. Returns and refunds

We do not accept change of mind returns. Faulty or damaged items will be assessed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by these terms.

8. Custom work and installation

Custom builds, retrofits, and modifications are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any modifications comply with New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) regulations and Warrant of Fitness (WoF) requirements. EnlightWorks provides no guarantee that custom lighting modifications will pass WoF inspection, and the customer accepts all responsibility for road-legal compliance.

9. Product use and liability

Automotive lighting products sold by EnlightWorks are intended for use in accordance with applicable New Zealand road rules and vehicle standards. Some products may be intended for off-road or show use only. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the legality of any product for their intended use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnlightWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of our products.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of EnlightWorks or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
